Lettuce – 60 g
Avocado (sliced) – 60 g
Plum tomatoes (halved) – 36 g
Grapes (halved) – 30 g
Prosciutto (Parma ham) (sliced) – 20 g
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (grated) – 15 g
Mustard sprouts – 2 g (a sprinkle)
- Pour some water into a pot and bring to a boil. Insert a perforated steaming basket. Place the shrimp in the steamer basket, cover with a lid and steam for 6-7 min.
- Mix the lettuce with a dressing and combine with the remaining ingredients in a serving plate.
