Apple (cut into wedges) – 50 g
Plums (slices) – 40 g
Couscous grains – 30 g
Lamb’s lettuce – 30 g
Sunflower sprouts – 20g
Hazelnuts – 16 g (2 teaspoons)
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (grated) – 15 g (3 teaspoons)
Mustard sprouts – 2 g (a sprinkle)
- Rinse couscous grains in cold water in a bowl, then drain off any excess water and pour boiling water over the couscous at the ratio 1:1. Cover the bowl and allow the couscous to swell for 10 min.
- Cut plums into slices, remove the pits, place in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ⁰C, for 10-15 min.
- Combine all the ingredients in a serving plate and spice up with a dressing.
We recommend the sun-dried tomatoes and orange dressing!
