Chicken fillet – 90g

Fresh potatoes (in cubes) – 80 g

Lettuce – 50 g

Tomatoes (halved) – 40 g

Garlic (chopped) – 6 g (1-2 cloves)

Coriander – 5 g (a larger sprig)

Rosemary – 2 g (a small sprig)


  1. Put the tomatoes in a baking pan and cook in a preheated oven at 180 ⁰C for 7 min.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 2-3 cm size cubes, combine with chopped garlic and rosemary, and place in a roasting pan. Place the chicken breast on the top and cook in a preheated oven at 170-180 ⁰C for 20 min., until the chicken starts to release colorless juice.
  3. Remove the chicken and check if the potatoes are finished, you might need to cook them for 5 another min.
  4. Mix the lettuce with a dressing and combine with the remaining ingredients in a serving plate.

We recommend homemade mayonnaise, orange and rosemary dressing!
