Chicken fillet – 90g

Emmental cheese (sliced) – 56 g

Strawberries (sliced) – 40 g

Lamb’s lettuce – 30 g

Pumpkin seeds – 10 g (2 teaspoons)

Sunflower sprouts – 5 g (a small handful)

Basil – 2 g (5 leaves)


  1. Boil 150 ml of water in a pot. Place a perforated steaming basket inside the pot, add chicken fillet, cover with a lid and steam for 20-25 min.
  2. Transfer all the ingredients into a serving plate and spice up with a dressing.

We recommend the sun-dried tomato and orange dressing!
