Blueberries – 20 g

Hazelnuts (halved) – 20 g (3 teaspoons)

Arugula (Rocket) – 20 g

Maple syrup – 8 g (2 teaspoons)

Basil – 2 g (five sheets)

Mustard sprouts – 2 g (a sprinkle)

Instruction

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a serving plate and spice up with a dressing.
