Melons (in cubes) – 80 g
Blue cheese (in cubes) – 30 g
Spinach leaves – 30 g
Mascarpone – 20 g
Pomegranates – 20 g
Pistachio kernels – 8 g (two teaspoons)
- Cut the pomegranate in half and beat it’s skin side with a spoon, separating the seeds from the skin easily.
- Mix the lettuce with a dressing and combine with the remaining ingredients in a serving plate.
