Chicken fillet – 90g
Black lentils – 30 g
Cherries (halved) – 26 g
Lime (sliced) – 20 g
Red beet leaves – 20 g
Fresh parsley – 12 g (a medium sized sprig)
Pumpkin seeds – 12 g (2 teaspoons)
Pistachio kernels – 8 g (2 teaspoons)
Wood sorrel – 6 g (a small handful)
Fresh thyme – 2 g (a medium sized sprig)
- Boil 150 ml of water in a pot. Add rinsed lentils and washed parsley.
- Place a perforated steaming basket inside the pot, add lime slices and chicken fillet, cover with a lid and steam for 20-25 min.
- Transfer all the ingredients into a serving plate and spice up with a dressing.
We recommend the sun – dried tomatoes and orange dressing!
